The house is located in the historic part of Clearwater, very close to downtown and Clearwater beach. This house has a private entrance, with a smart lock, so you don't need to have any keys! and got a huge front porch for quite relaxing time.

There is an equipped kitchen, microwave, stove, Smart 55" TV, WIFI, 2 AC units, Coffee machine and laundry room located in the middle building.

Spacious place for 6 people with a very comfortable 2 queen beds and a sleeper "full size" sofa.
