BEDROOM #2: One FULL Bed with a FULL over FULL Bunk Bed. Perfect for families, or great friends. The Tub Bath is next to this bedroom.

There are closets in each room as well as an equipped washer and dryer in the garage, fully equipped kitchen including luxury items as an Instant Pot, Nespresso machine with pods for your stay. There is a smart TV with Roku in the living room or relax in the Florida Room enjoying the entertainment of your own backyard. Hang out by the fire pit or roast marshmallows with loved ones in our Adirondack chairs.

If bringing the littles, please let me know and I am happy to include even more age appropriate amenities, including safety locks and outlet covers. And feel free to rent the gear you need using https://www.babyquip.com?a=1ca79f6.

Smoking is not permitted inside, however for smokers there is an ashtray provided for the Lanai and outdoors. Not 420 friendly anywhere on the premises.

We visited with our dog and had a great stay. The furniture was comfortable, the spaces were thoughtfully decorated, it was clean, and very dog friendly.There is a huge, beautiful park where there are wonderful walking trails, a huge dog park, and tons of wildlife about a 10 min walk away. Truly a highlight of this location!It was an easy drive to Dunedin, Indian Rocks Beach, St. Pete, Clearwater Beach, and Tampa, which made for fun day trips.We didn’t need much, but Amelia was always quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. Highly recommend!

This house is too cute and in a great location. It’s very clean which is important to us and the owners were super responsive and very accommodating. One of the best stays we’ve had through VRBO. Highly recommended!

Terrific house

This is a wonderful house, which is very clean, very well supplied with everything we needed for our stay, is in a convenient location and is very dog friendly. The owner is very nice and quickly responded to any questions we had.

Winter Getaway

This was our 2nd stay at the property. Amelia is a wonderful host and provided everything we needed, including 2 strollers when our kids came to visit. Large fenced in yard which was great for our German Shepherd. Home is close to many great restaurants and beaches. We will be coming back next year.

House was clean and well stocked with attention to detail and host was very good about getting back. It’s an older house in an older neighborhood , around 15-20 minutes from beaches. The park next to it is perfect for walks with a dog. The living room furniture could be more comfortable. The space clean garage is a plus to put away bikes and beach stuff.

We had a terrific time staying here! It was SO incredibly family-friendly. Our 22 month old was obsessed with the play kitchen and toys that were available. I also really appreciated that there was a pack and play with sheets available, as well as a high chair and stroller! There were even sound machines in both bedrooms! We traveled 17 hours by car, so I loved that I didn’t have to pack as much. The master bed was a bit too firm for my liking, but my husband LOVED it, so that’s totally personal preference. The coffee maker Nepresso machine were great and well stocked. There was plenty of bedding, towels, etc. Of all the places we have stayed, this was by far the most accommodating and amenity-filled! Plus, the host was amazing with communication!

Wonderful 2 month getaway

Absolutely loved the house, neighborhood and location. House had everything we needed, plus more for our 2 month stay. Our dog was welcomed with a dog bed a little food and some toys. Large fenced in yard with fire pit and BBQ grill. Nice screen porch. Extra bedroom was great when the grandkids came, Queen for mom & dad large bunks for the boys. It was a short drive to so many nice pet friendly restaurants. We went to St Petes Peir, Madeira Beach, Indian Rocks Beach,Tarpon Springs, Clearwater Beach, Tampa and a new favorite town Dunedin. Never more than a 30 minute drive. They even had a cleaning service come in every 2 weeks to change towels and sheets. We already booked ahead for next year. Thank you Amelia, everything eas great!

Perfect stay yet again

This is the second time we've stayed at this property and yet again it was absolutely perfect. There are the hosts who do the absolute bare minimal and expect perfect scores, and then there are hosts like Amelia who put time, money and effort into creating family and pup-friendly spaces that have all of the creature comforts of your own home. The bedrooms are spacious and still cozy. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Garage is CLEAN and washer/dryer are efficient. The living room couch is super comfortable, and the smart TV is pre-logged into most of the major streaming services. Backyard is large and well-fenced. The only neighbor we interacted with was to the left and she and her small pup were super friendly. The neighborhood is quiet yet incredibly close to great restaurants, shopping and at most 12 minutes to parking at the gorgeous Clearwater Beach. Could not recommend more highly.

I have been a Clearwater local for about 6 years now and I love this town! My husband and I have 2 toddlers and a mature Lab/German Shepherd mix... They are my everything, and I try to design the home with them in mind to make it very family and dog friendly!
I love to host parties and gatherings, and my dream as a little girl was to own my own Bed & Breakfast! So this has been a wonderful way of reaching my life goals, and I hope it shows in your stay!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I have designed this home to be a true reflection on living the Florida Coastal lifestyle. While it is a 2BR home, it feels large, with enough space to lounge, work, have gatherings and relax most importantly. I have brand new mattresses that are very comfortable and enough room to have all the friends or family join in!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

I include so many extras in your stay. Including all beach essentials, such as an umbrella, 2 chairs, a cooler, a Sand Cloud XL beach blanket beach towels, and even sand toys for the kiddos!

Other details I provide are a Breville Nespresso Maker with Espresso and coffee pods for both Decaf and Caffe drinkers. Also complimentary bundle of wood and charcoal for your Fire Pit & BBQ.
