The villa is built of stone in 2021 in the foothills of Pelion, Greece. It is surrounded by green mountains and at the same time 2 km from the transparent Aegean Sea. The climate is very pleasant even when it is very hot. The view is of the sea and the mountain. In the surrounding area there are several small villages characteristic of Pelion with small restaurants ( Greek taverns ) where you can try tasty, traditional local dishes. The villa is located on a private estate but is in a natural park surrounded by greenery.

A kitchen equipped with a large electric oven with four burners, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, coffee machine, dining table for 6 persons and all cooking utensils.
