With two queen bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a bright, eclectic design, it’s a welcoming retreat for couples or small groups looking to explore the city on foot. Checkerboard floors and a cherry-red retro fridge add charm, while the layout offers both privacy and shared space.

The kitchen is light-filled and practical, with white cabinetry, butcher-block countertops, and the standout red Galanz fridge. A two-seat breakfast bar opens to the living area, where bold patterns and soft seating create a relaxed spot to unwind. There’s a full dining setup as well, with curated décor that ties in the apartment’s playful, collected feel.
Each bedroom includes a queen bed, blackout curtains, and natural light—one with a bay window and tree-lined neighborhood views. The bathroom is crisp and coastal in feel, with a walk-in shower, vanity, and black-and-white tiled floors that carry through from the kitchen.

We provide dedicated parking for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot at the rear of the building. Only park in the spots marked with Brewer‘s Loft Unit 2 signs. Please note that parking on the street is not permitted and subject to ticketing and towing. To avoid any issues, kindly use only the parking lot and limit to 2 vehicles.
Interaction with Guests:
