Welcome to NOLA, a cozy second-floor apartment inspired by the warmth and character of New Orleans. This 320 sq. ft. West Palm Beach retreat is a great fit for solo travelers, couples, or a simple getaway where comfort, location, and charm matter most.
The apartment is accessed by an outdoor staircase and features a king bedroom, comfortable sitting area, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Inside, you’ll find oak hardwood and tile floors, high-speed Wi-Fi, HVAC, and a 49” 4K Roku TV for easy downtime after exploring the area.
NOLA overlooks a peaceful courtyard and shared heated saline pool, giving the space a tucked-away feel while still being close to downtown West Palm Beach. The apartment itself is completely private to you during your stay, while the courtyard, pool, BBQ grill, and laundry area are shared with the other homes in the boutique property complex.

Enjoy access to a shared heated saline pool surrounded by tropical landscaping. The pool area has a quiet, relaxing feel while still being close to downtown. Please note the pool’s heat pump shuts off automatically when the local temperature drops below 50 degrees.
Shared BBQ Grill
Guests also have access to a shared stainless-steel BBQ grill. The grill and pool are shared with the other homes in the complex, and grill reservations are required in advance.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the private apartment, 4K smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, shared heated pool, shared BBQ grill, laundry by advance request, and street parking for one vehicle.
Parking note: Guests may park on P Street as long as the vehicle is parked in the direction of traffic flow. Please do not park next to double yellow lines or within 15 feet of a fire hydrant to avoid tickets.

Uber or a car rental is recommended. The apartment is close to downtown West Palm Beach, the Brightline station, Palm Beach International Airport, restaurants, shopping, museums, beaches, and local attractions.

Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.
Pool and BBQ grill hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Guests must reserve the grill at least 24 hours before use.
The laundry room is shared with two other units and is available Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM. It is not available on Sundays. Guests must request laundry access at least 24 hours in advance.
No smoking inside the apartment.
No loud music outside.
No pets allowed inside or outside.
No parties or events.
Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated in the rental agreement.
Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay.
Please do not flush feminine products, diapers, wipes, paper towels, or any other items that may clog the toilets.
Guests must follow all local laws and regulations.
Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty, and guests are responsible for their own safety.
No glass is allowed in the pool or outdoor areas.
No red wine or rose petals on duvets, furniture, rugs, floors, or other soft surfaces.
Do not hang wet clothing or towels outside or over furniture.
Please do not rearrange the furniture or move indoor furniture outside.
No candles, incense, fireworks, or open flames are permitted at any time.
No glitter, confetti, tape, nails, tacks, or decorations that may damage walls, furniture, floors, or finishes.
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
Mail and package delivery to the property is not permitted unless approved in advance.
Guests must follow the unit-specific parking guidelines.
