We provide our home for homestay, surrounded by neighbors in the community where we share the common area at the same building block.

From our apartment, you could enjoy stunning views of the Andaman Sea from our sea view condo. This spacious 2-bedroom suite, located 40 meters above sea level, offers over 140 square meters of privacy and exclusivity.

Just 100 meters from Kata Noi Beach, our condo provides easy access to crystal-clear waters. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a spacious living area with indoor and outdoor dining options.

The apartment is tastefully furnished with a blend of Thai and Balinese influences, featuring wooden Balinese-style furniture and intricate wood accents. Outside, the expansive terrace offers a cozy seating area and dining table.

As our guest, you'll have access to communal swimming pools and a private parking space. The complex, consisting of 16 terrace units, offers gated entry and key-card access for security and privacy.

The pool area, surrounded by gardens, lounges, and umbrellas, provides a relaxing atmosphere with unrivaled views of the bay. The secluded location adds a sense of tranquility, perfect for a peaceful retreat.

Seaview Residence is fully gated. Guests are provided remote control to enter and exit the property via a super unique cable tram or stairs & also have full access to the infinity community pool located higher on the hillside.

The cable tram entrance is next to the parking garage. The private, secure and covered parking is located in the basement.

Water is complimentary, while electricity usage is charged at ฿6.00 per unit/kW. Payment in cash (Thai Baht, THB) is required upon check-out (by 12:00 PM). We'll record the initial and final meter readings for transparency.

The 5-star Katathani Resort is conveniently situated across Kata Noi Rd. from Kata Seaview Residence, andThe resort currently extended to a new phase with several new constructions happening in the area belonging to the hotel. It will have less impact on our apartment as we are situated at higher ground, and as long as you shut the sliding door access to our large balcony, the noise is not obvious.

Nearby, you'll find restaurants, mini markets, pharmacies, and souvenir/beach shops. For groceries, visit the modern European-style "Villa Market," just a short 10-minute drive away near Chalong Circle on the East side of the island. They offer a wide selection of fresh food, snacks, wine, and liquor.

Kata is renowned for its excellent dining options, including Wok Street Food, Leonardo Davinci, and Living Room restaurant at Impiana Private Villas. Seaview Resident is located in the Kata area, which also boasts shopping destinations like SC Plaza Kata.

For convenience, motorcycle rental, taxi service, convenience stores, pharmacies, and a variety of dining choices are within walking distance.
