The pool is heated year-round using solar panels, giving you efficient, reliable warmth no matter the season. The screened enclosure keeps things comfortable and bug-free. Guests acknowledge that use of the pool is at their own risk. By choosing to use the pool, guests assume full responsibility for their safety and agree to release and hold harmless the property owner from any claims, injuries, accidents, or damages arising from use of the pool. Children must be supervised at all times. No lifeguard on duty. -The pool is heated by solar panels and is set to approximately 85°F. Because solar heating depends on sunlight and weather conditions, pool temperatures may vary, especially during winter months, cloudy days, or cold weather. Temperature cannot be guaranteed year-round.
If you would like additional heating during the winter, we can turn on the heat pump for an extra fee. Please message me for current daily rates and availability.
-No glass in or around pool/pool deck
-if you can not swim do not get in the pool -No parties allowed.
-quite hours are dawn to dusk
-absolutely no boats or pull behind trailers allowed in this neighborhood
-No parties -No refunds will be given due to anything to do with weather or environmental conditions.
