Designed with warm, curated touches, this home comfortably sleeps 6–8 guests and features an open living area, cozy seating, fully equipped kitchen, and bright natural light throughout. Perfect for families, business travelers, or weekend getaways, enjoy a clean, stylish space with convenient freeway access and a relaxing atmosphere.
The Space:
Welcome to Curated Canvas, a thoughtfully designed single-level home based on the popular Hudson floorplan by Hayden Homes. This layout offers an open-concept living area, private bedroom separation, and functional spaces ideal for families, business travelers, or extended stays.
The heart of the home features a bright, open living room that flows into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Large windows bring in natural light, while comfortable seating makes it easy to relax, stream your favorite shows, or gather with your group. The kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for cooking meals at home.
The primary bedroom is located privately toward the back of the home and features a comfortable queen bed, soft lighting, and a calming atmosphere. The attached ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity, shower, and plenty of space to get ready.
The second bedroom includes two twin beds, making it perfect for kids, friends, or additional guests. This room is simple, bright, and flexible for a variety of sleeping arrangements.
The third bedroom has a queen bed and custom artwork.
A second full bathroom is centrally located near the guest bedrooms for convenience.
