This home includes a limo golf cart for licensed drivers age 21+. And you are just a few minute golf cart ride away from all the premium amenities that the Oceanside Village community has to offer.

**Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 5-days after your stay is complete.
**Complimentary use of Owner's GOLF CART for licensed drivers age 21+. Golf Cart Waiver required. Driver's License upload Required for each driver
**MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
