ACCESS and PARKING

Guests will have complete and private access to the entire townhome.  Please note that a small closet near the downstairs entrance and the outside storage unit are locked for owner and cleaning staff storage and are not accessible to guests.

Parking is convenient and free, with two designated spaces located directly in front of the home. Additional visitor parking is available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis.

Self-check-in is available anytime after the designated check-in time via a Smart Lock system.  Guests will receive a unique code to access th property.  The code will be sent through the booking messaging system the day of arrival.

This newly renovated, 2-bedroom end-unit townhome is just 1 mile to downtown Cary and the Downtown Cary Park with its various attractions and area shops.  It is convenient to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, hiking and biking trails, hospitals and medical facilities as well as the Lenovo Center, NCSU, Carter Finley Stadium, Koka Booth Amphitheatre, Fenton, RTP, and RDU Airport!

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Taylor's Pond Community, is perfectly located just one walkable mile from the heart of downtown Cary and convenient to most everything!



While adjacent to a main road, the community is peaceful and quiet showcasing a central water fountain. The neighborhood has low traffic flow and is great for exercise and walking outside if you prefer to stay within the community. The people are friendly and the area is safe and well maintained with ample lighting.
