The apartment is located in a historic building dating back to around 1800, originally commissioned by the Comtesse de Gramont d’Astier, whose grandmother served as Lady-in-Waiting to Marie Antoinette. Inside, the space is thoughtfully designed to balance elegance and practicality. It features a comfortable living room, a dining area with seating for six guests, and a fully equipped kitchen suitable for preparing meals during your stay. The property also includes a shared bathroom with a shower, a private bathroom with a bathtub attached to one of the bedrooms, and a separate toilet for added convenience.

The sleeping arrangements are well suited for families or small groups. The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed and an en-suite private bathroom with a bathtub, while the second bedroom includes a double bed. The living room can also be converted into an additional sleeping area with a sofa bed that accommodates two guests.

For comfort and convenience, the apartment is fully equipped with high-quality amenities including bath and bed linens, premium bedding, toiletries, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a TV. The kitchen features a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, induction cooktop, combined microwave oven, and a full range of cookware and utensils. The apartment itself is located on the first floor and can be reached by stairs, as the building does not have an elevator.

Please note that the apartment is situated in a lively neighborhood. A restaurant is located on the ground floor of the building, directly below the apartment, and it may occasionally remain open until around 2:00 AM. Guests are kindly asked to take care of the property and return it in the same condition as upon arrival. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply if the house rules are not respected. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited, and quiet hours must be observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment or the building. Only registered guests who have provided identification are allowed access, and the apartment is intended solely for residential stays—events or professional shoots are not permitted.
