In addition to a great location, you are granted access to a shared outdoor pool and tennis court. This splendid home away from home is exactly what you all need for a truly relaxing escapade. Upon entering, you will discover a welcoming living room with vaulted ceilings and plenty of light. The extensive sofa offers a comfortable spot to spread out comfortably and stream fun movies and shows on the smart TV with cable and streaming. The nearby gas fireplace will keep you nice and warm if you are visiting during the colder months. Attached to the living room is a screened porch with beautiful views of the golf course, ceiling fans, a dining area, and plenty of other seating options. From here, you can access the golf course-front deck with another dining area. Back inside, you have the kitchen and dining area to the left of the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals. Coffee enthusiasts will find a nice coffee corner with drip and Keurig coffee makers. Planning on extending your stay? The home enjoys a dedicated laundry room with a washer/dryer. Additional perks include high-speed WiFi, a charcoal grill, and central AC.
