The condo was nice but was extremely disappointed with the lack of supplies in the kitchen. The host did bring some items missing but there wasn’t even a dust pan for the broom. If I stayed here again I’d have to ask to make sure the kitchen has things I need.

Great resort

Unit is within a resort with a number of amenities and is close to the downtown area and all area attractions. Unit is a little dated and could use additional kitchen supplies, but it is clean, spacious and accommodated our group of 6 well.

Loved it! Kitchen could use more staple items for cooking, but everything was great! Very clean, tons of space, lots of fluffy towels, and the layout of the condo worked really well for a big family.

Lots to offer!

We loved the size of the room and the cleanliness. The in room hot tub was a huge hit! We loved seeing all of the dogs and everyone was really friendly. The back of the property is right along the river and has a riverwalk. The kids had a lot of fun at the wavepool and waterpark. The restaurants were pretty good as well but we loved that we were able to cook.

Overall, our stay was okay. The place had enough space for our group, which we appreciated.There were a few issues that affected our stay. I wish we had known ahead of time that the pool hours were only from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, as we had planned to use it our first evening and assumed it was open until 9:00 PM. My kids did love the pools when we did get to use them. We were also missing one dining chair, so there were only three chairs available for a table meant to seat four. The pull-out couch was very uncomfortable to sit on because it slanted downward quite a bit. We even tried pulling out the bed to see if that would fix it, but it didn’t make a difference.The biggest issue was the lack of hot water in the evenings. On both our first and second nights, there was no hot or even warm water after about 8:00 PM. We were unable to fill the Jacuzzi with warm water, and taking a shower was also uncomfortable because the water stayed cold.Overall, the space met our needs, but these issues made our stay less enjoyable.

Big, clean condo

We stayed in the 8-person condo. It was even bigger than the pictures make it appear. We knew from other comments to bring stuff to cook with, as it's hit or miss what cooking supplies they have on hand, but otherwise they were well-stocked with towels, bedding, tp, etc. The owners are not on site, so if you need something it may take a day, but their customer service is very responsive via phone and text. We had a lot of neighbors - college students and families with little kids - and we could barely hear anything through the walls. We'd definitely book here again. We loved the in-room Jacuzzi and all the kid-friendly pool options.

As told to the owner, we are Chula Vista Signature members so know what to expect from these condos and the place was awesome as usual, however, since we’ve been coming there since they built those condos, they really need to do some updates as I personally have seen the same furniture for well over a decade. The sofa in this unit needs to be totally replaced as the cushions literally sink seemingly to the ground and it’s a challenge to close it if you open the bed. Additionally, the carpet is very tattered and the Batteries for the remote for the main TV were dead as well but outside of that. The room was perfect and the owners amazing! Would go back there again!

This Condo was perfect for our sized group/family. The unit was very spacious, allowing us to spread out & relax, with comfy beds. The unit was clean, but the carpet was older with some stains (could use updating). As others have stated, the couch needs updating, as it was worn out & they could use a few more kitchen supplies. But the jetted tub was great to relax in after a busy day exploring the area, with lots of walking or hiking. We loved being able to use the kitchen to cook and reheat our leftovers from local restaurants.
