What a beautiful house! Brand new and very generously equipped. Excellent service and a convenient location. I wish they showed more flexibility on checkout time. Other than that - highly recommended.

I loved how clean the house was! The host was quick to respond to any questions I had and very helpful. The house was big and spacious. The beach was only 7 minutes from the house, which we loved. I would definitely recommend this vacation home. Thanks for the great vacation.

Place was gorgeous and the family absolutely loved it. Beautifully furnished, all amenities, great communication aside from one misunderstanding. .. but that did not affect how we enjoyed our stay. Also, weird things that was missing randomly, like hand soap... BUT 2 issues that I brought up with the management team took care of immediately. So close to everything!!Would love to stay again!

Beautiful and convenient

The house was beautiful, well decorated, very clean and spacious. The location is just about a 5 minute drive to both Rehoboth and Dewey beaches and restaurants - super convenient. Perfect for big groups and would definitely stay again with a large group!

This is a beautiful, extremely comfortable and spacious house in a great location. Everything was impeccably clean when we arrived, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools, and all appliances in the house worked perfectly.

Loved the space!

The kitchen was amazing. Everything we needed!! The layout worked nicely for us with the kids. We enjoyed the pool AND the beach! The space was nice and clean, beautifully appointed. Lots of restaurants and stores close by.. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Great stay!

Great accommodations. Large bedrooms, clean. Kitchen clean and updated. The WiFi didn’t work and I called and within an hour a real person talked to me and fixed it. Very accommodating. 10 min drive to beach. Would stay again

Gorgeous Home - fantastic stay

The home is beautiful and extremely spacious. I had to work a few days during our visit and the wifi was easy to connect to and very quick. The location of the home is a short walk into downtown Rehoboth or a quick drive if lugging items to the beach. The pool was a great alternative to beach days and the home is right next to the canal so if you have a paddle board or kayak it's a great location to hop in and kayak to the bay. Will be back again!

Beautifully decorated and very spacious new build home. It wasn't super well stocked in the kitchen but we brought supplies with us. There was ample space for two families plus a nanny. There is a grill at the house, the property manager told us there was not. The bed broke in one of the King rooms prior to our stay and one couple had to sleep with the mattress on the floor. Location is very close to the beach but it is a little funny to get to because you can only enter this particular subdivision from one direction.
