A thoughtfully designed Hollywood Hills home with an infinity pool, hot tub, and direct views of the Hollywood Sign. The open floor plan connects kitchen, dining, and living areas to a pool deck through sliding glass doors. Three bedrooms, two and a half baths, three-car garage, and indoor speakers throughout. The architecture keeps the home private and surrounded by greenery despite its hillside setting.
The approach sets the tone. A winding drive up into the Hollywood Hills leads to a three-car garage at the base of the property, with steps climbing to the front door. From the landing, you can turn back and see the Hollywood Sign in the distance. It is one of those arrivals that reminds you where you are.
Through the front door, the home opens into an entry that flows right into the kitchen. The layout is genuinely open: kitchen, dining, and living room form a single connected space, oriented toward the outdoors. Sliding glass doors span the back wall and open fully to the pool deck, dissolving the line between inside and out. The architect designed the home around privacy and calm, and it shows. Windows are positioned at a height that filters out the road entirely. Standing anywhere in the main living area, what you see is green.
The kitchen centers around an island, well suited for cooking and casual gathering. The dining table looks out toward the views and, at the right angle, toward the Hollywood Sign. A study off the main level has been set up with a desk positioned to face that same view, a quiet and genuinely well-placed workspace.
The living room connects to the outdoor space without interruption. Beyond the sliding doors, a pool deck leads to the infinity edge pool, which frames an unobstructed sightline toward the Hollywood Sign and Century City. The hot tub sits nearby. You can hear the pool water faintly from inside the home, a surprisingly calming detail.
The bedrooms are arranged toward the back of the home. The first bedroom is set up with a queen bed and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the second bedroom, which has its own queen bed. The third bedroom, at the far end of the hall, is the primary suite. It has a king bed, a large walk-in closet, and a well-appointed bathroom with high-end fixtures throughout. The hallway connecting the bedrooms also includes a powder room and a washer and dryer.
The three-car garage is accessed from the base of the property and includes a gym setup in one corner, available for guest use. Parking for three cars is included along with (2) Tesla chargers.
The home has in-wall speakers throughout and connects to a smart home system. The outdoor space is finished with turf grass, bean bag seating, and a covered area stocked for poolside use.
Guests will have access to the entire home, including the pool deck, hot tub, garage, and gym. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly gardener, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.
The home uses a Yale smart lock. Detailed entry instructions will be provided after your Rental Agreement is signed.

This home sits in the Hollywood Hills above the 90068, in a quiet residential pocket that feels removed from the city without being far from it. The Hollywood Sign is visible from the property. The winding roads and hillside setting give the neighborhood a distinctly private character.
Cahuenga Pass, Franklin Avenue, and Hollywood Boulevard are all within a short drive, providing access to coffee, groceries, and dining. Runyon Canyon Park is nearby for hiking. The home sits between Hollywood, Los Feliz, and the Valley, making it a practical base for exploring any direction.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you are an explorer, we recommend a car.
The hillside location makes walking limited, but Uber and Lyft are readily available, and the home is centrally positioned between Hollywood, Los Feliz, and Studio City.
By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
Please note that in the State of California, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed.
There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Per City of Los Angeles requirements, no smoking is permitted in any outdoor area including the pool deck and patio. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.
This property has a private pool/spa that can be heated at an additional cost. A minimum of two consecutive days of heating is required, and payment must be arranged prior to arrival. Please reach out to our team in advance to arrange.
The hot tub is set to power down at midnight each evening.
Utility usage is included up to the property`s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.
- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to the Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
- Additional fees are required for pool/spa heat if applicable, please reach out to Reservations for more details.
- The AC cannot be set lower that 75 degrees when the outdoor temperature exceeds 100s. If tampering with the HVAC equipment causes any issues which require a service call and/or repairs, this will be billable to your party
