An array of attractions, shopping, and restaurants are at your fingertips, making this location convenient and classy. This second-floor condo is a quintessential beach cottage feel with modern upgrades. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a beachy vibe throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming a movie marathon on the large TV, or serving brunch on the expansive balcony. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the galley-style kitchen, equipped with a breakfast bar and ample cupboard room. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures, with a futon provided for extra room. An on-site shared laundry facility is available for convenience. THINGS TO KNOW To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials. No dishwasher on-site. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Loved staying here and would definitely stay again. AC worked great. Great location, very easy walk to both beach and boardwalk. Both bedrooms were large and could easily fit a pack and play crib. Only complaint was the queen bed in the first bedroom and the futon in the living room were stiff and uncomfortable. The double bed in the second bedroom was great.

Good location and overall fine stay but not super clean. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and there weren’t enough pillow cases for all the pillows.

Pretty nice condo for the price. The interior looked slightly nicer in the photos than in person. Everything was functional (other than one burner on the stove). The AC worked extremely well which was great after a long, hot day at the beach! The only real issue is the queen bed was extremely firm and exceedingly squeaky. Every time I rolled over it woke me up and probably the guests below us. And the bed linens had a lot of stains but otherwise appeared and smelled clean. I would return in the future though.
