Once inside this stunning home, relax in air-conditioned comfort while you take in the brick floors, high ceilings, recessed lighting, and ample windows. Tasteful decor, distinctive art, and attention to detail create air of extravagance. Settle into the comfortable living room while you scroll through the cable selections on the large flatscreen TV. Use the free WiFi to locate local dining options or wander out onto the covered lanai to read a book.





The chef in the group will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. When it’s time to eat, entertain your guests in the elegant dining room with seating for six or retreat to the covered lanai for a more informal dining experience.





With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this lovely home has room for everyone. Choose from the main bedroom, where you’ll find a king bed and flatscreen TV or one of the queen bedrooms, two of which feature direct access to the lanai. There’s also a futon bed, perfect for any children in the group. Two bedrooms can be sealed off from the rest of the house for ultimate privacy.





If you can tear yourself away, you’re close to everything Sanibel has to offer. Walk to the grocery store and restaurants and the beach is an easy bike ride away on one of the bikes you’ll find in the garage. Though you’re close to the heart of the island and minutes from Captiva, you'll feel a million miles away from it all.
