Hot tub waiver and pet ownership must be signed in order to receive check in information.

Fur babies: max 2 dogs (must be neutered/spayed), less than 50 lbs

No outside guests are allowed in the property.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE THE PROPERTY. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN A $500 SMOKE CLEANING FEE.

NOTE:
We only provide starter wood for the wood burning fireplace and fire ring.
Also, because we never know how much our guests drink coffee etc, we only provide starter coffee, tea and hot chocolate
