• Extra supplies may be available upon request, but are not guaranteed. Grocery and convenience stores are located nearby for anything additional you may need.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the studio, plus one designated driveway parking space. The backyard is shared and may be used by the studio guest as well. Check-in is self-guided with secure entry for a smooth and flexible arrival 🌴

The home is located in a quiet residential area in South St. Petersburg, offering a peaceful stay while still being close to the city’s main attractions. It provides easy access to Downtown St. Petersburg, local beaches, restaurants, and cultural spots. The neighborhood is primarily residential, making it a calm and comfortable base for both short and extended stays 🌴



Getting Around:

The easiest way to get around is by car, with quick access to major roads connecting you to beaches, downtown, and nearby attractions. 🚙 Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area. 📱 Downtown St. Petersburg and nearby hotspots are about 10–15 minutes away by car, while Gulf beaches are typically 15–25 minutes depending on traffic 🏖️

⚠️ Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program. You are covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance. It is a self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only, such as linens, towels, and wine glasses. Please relax and enjoy your stay, knowing minor mishaps are covered.



🐜 Pest Note: We treat regularly, but Florida may have occasional pests. No refunds are issued for pest sightings. We are always happy to address any concerns during your stay.



🔊 Noise and External Conditions: Please be aware that situations outside our control may occur. This includes construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or issues on neighboring properties or units. These circumstances are beyond our control, and we are unable to provide refunds for any related disruptions.



🚼 Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one, at the time of booking to confirm availability. Please note that not all listings include them, so we recommend checking the amenities list or reaching out to our team in advance for confirmation.



PLEASE NOTE:

🗑️Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay—please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.



Please note that not all listings include laundry, so we recommend checking the amenities or reaching out to our team in advance to confirm.



📦 Items Left Behind: If personal items are left behind and a guest requests return, a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items left behind after checkout.
