Important Property Information
Driveway & Access:
The cabin is located in a wooded area with a gravel driveway and uneven terrain typical of Hocking Hills properties. Guests should use caution when walking outdoors, especially at night or during wet weather.
Cell Service & WiFi:
Due to the remote wooded location, mobile phone reception may be limited depending on your carrier. The property has internet service for the area, but storms and severe weather can occasionally cause intermittent connectivity interruptions. We strongly recommend saving or screenshotting your check-in details, front door code, and WiFi information before driving to the property.
Wildlife & Nature:
The property is located in a natural wooded setting where wildlife, insects, and uneven terrain are common. Please avoid leaving food or trash outdoors.
Trash: Trash bags should never be left unsecured outdoors, as wildlife may scatter debris throughout the property. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleanup is required. Please ensure the bungee is properly secured around the lid at all times.
Water Supply:
The cabin uses well water, which is common throughout the Hocking Hills area.
Loft Area:
The upstairs loft sleeping area has lower ceilings and stair access typical of cabin-style properties. Guests should use caution when using the loft space.
Hot Tub:
The hot tub includes a cover but does not have a locking mechanism. Guests should supervise children at all times and use caution around the hot tub area.
Security Camera:
For guest safety and property security, one exterior security camera monitors the front entry area only. No cameras monitor interior spaces.
Additional Accommodation On-Site:
A large cabin is also located on the property and may be rented independently with its own nightly rate. If you are interested in reserving both properties together, please inquire prior to booking.
