Welcome to the Bristol Building at The Beach Club, located along scenic Fort Morgan Road—where stunning Gulf-front views and the soothing sound of waves set the tone for your perfect getaway. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening sunset from the spacious private balcony overlooking the sugar-white sands and emerald waters.
This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo features a king-sized bed in the master suite, offering a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a day at the beach. While the second bedroom offers a queen size bed. Both bedrooms offer the luxury of a private bath.
Please note that you do not need an armband for the use of the pool at the Bristol Building, the spa, beach access, hiking trails, onsite restaurants as well as activities courts (basketball, tennis, shuffleboard..etc), playground, grills, picnic tables, The Mercantile (gift shop/store), The Village Hideaway (restaurant & arcade), The Village Creamery, and the food trucks at The Village Lawn.
There are two top class golf courses within 6 miles, Fort Morgan marina that offers offshore fishing just 7 miles from the resort, and historical Fort Morgan about 10 miles away or the Alabama Coastal Birding Trail, to enjoy during your stay.
Hop on the resort tram for easy access to additional dining and bar options near the entrance or explore on-site shopping for beachwear, souvenirs, and toys—conveniently located next to an ice cream shop.
Be sure to visit The Village Mercantile, Creamery, and the Lawn area—perfect spots for family fun, relaxation, and making vacation memories. Don’t forget your basketball—courts are located in the West Parking area!

The Beach Club charges $40 per car registration
One car registration pass is included with your reservation
Additional passes must be purchased in advance through Signature Properties
Please provide the number of vehicles and the name of one guest per vehicle prior to arrival
Registration passes will be issued by the guard upon entry
Prohibited vehicles include:
RVs, campers, trailers, buses, boats, jet skis, off-road vehicles, and oversized vehicles as determined by HOA management.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
