The open living area boasts a large flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating options. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the tools the chef in your group will need to prepare home cooked meals. The dining table seats 6 comfortably, and there's a convenient half bathroom located just off the living area.

THE BACK PATIO & POOL...
Stepping outside to the back patio, you'll be greeted with the soothing sound of the pool's waterfall. Fully fenced, the heated pool and patio are completely private. There are zero-gravity loungers on the patio for the sun worshipers in your group, and a large umbrella for those that want to stay cool in the shade. Treat your group to a BBQ using the two-burner propane grill.

Just a few blocks down, you'll find yourself at The Waterfront Brewery, Schooner Wharf, and all the local favorites of the Seaport. Although you won't need a vehicle to get around from this prime location, there is off-street parking for one small vehicle available in the private driveway.
