Inside are artful interiors, a social open layout, 3 bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outdoors, you’ll also find a Level 2 EV charger, perfect for relaxing days and unforgettable nights.

The home features an open, social layout designed for both relaxation and gathering. Inside are three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, along with a comfortable living area that includes a sofa with a pull-out bed for additional sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen connects easily to the dining and living areas, making it ideal for shared meals, cocktails, or casual nights in.

For guests who need to balance work and fun, the home includes two dedicated workstations, offering quiet, functional spaces for remote work or catching up on emails. You’ll also find two Ninja Slushi machines, perfect for frozen drinks and treats throughout your stay.

For dining and entertaining, the house is stocked with a full indoor set of plates, bowls, and glassware, as well as a separate outdoor set of melamine dishware and acrylic glassware designed for poolside safety.

Outside, the private courtyard features a pool, built-in hot tub, multiple lounge areas, and outdoor dining. A Level 2 EV charger is located outdoors for guest use.

• Outdoor Living: The courtyard is a central feature of the home and includes lounge seating, dining, and artwork. Please treat outdoor furnishings with care.
• Neighborhood Respect: MerManor is located in a residential neighborhood. Guests are expected to observe quiet hours, especially during late evening and early morning hours.
• Climate Note: As with most South Florida homes, outdoor insects may be present near the pool area. Routine pest service is provided.
