The space

Guest access

Guests have access to all areas of the home with the exception of the garage and the locked owner's closet.

Pets are not allowed.

Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. We do require a signed rental agreement.

Please note: Sanderling HOA rules prohibit motorcycles or RVs of any kind on community roads. HOA rules do not allow for guest access to the fitness center.
