The Space:

From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel at home with its inviting atmosphere and well-planned layout, ideal for relaxing and spending quality time together.

The open-concept living area connects seamlessly to a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, making it easy to gather, cook, and enjoy meals as a group.

Step outside to the private outdoor area, featuring a pool with jacuzzi—perfect for cooling off during the day or unwinding in the evening. Upstairs, a cozy family room with a foosball table provides a fun space for kids (and adults!) to relax and enjoy some friendly competition.

Other Things to Note:

2 car spaces on the driveway + parking lot in the condominium. It is not allowed to park on the street and your car can be towed.



Pool and jacuzzi heater – USD 35 per day, charged for all the days of your stay. The heater warms the pool and jacuzzi at the same temperature, so to use the jacuzzi heated it is necessary to hire the service. We turn it on before your arrival and turn it off on your check-out day. It can take up to 2 days to fully heat depending on the weather, so please let us know at least 2 days in advance.



BBQ Grill – USD 95 one-time fee, available for use during your whole stay.
