Just down the street, you’ll find the scenic riverfront trail, perfect for morning walks, runs, or biking along the river. Guests can also enjoy easy walkable access to the river for renowned Gold Medal Water fly fishing, making this an ideal location for outdoor enthusiasts year-round.
Inside, the home has been recently updated with a fresh, modern feel while still maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open living spaces are designed for relaxing after a day of exploring the mountains, skiing, fishing, or soaking in the hot springs.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00pm -8:00am daily. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
• The primary guest is responsible for all occupants and visitors during the stay.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. No unregistered overnight guests.
• Keep property clean.
• Illegal drugs, hazardous materials, and unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.
• Candles or fire pits are not permitted on the property.
• Appliances should only be used for their intended purpose.
• Keep doors and windows closed during inclement weather.
• Please report any maintenance or pest concerns promptly.
• Do not remove towels, linens, or other property items from the home.
• Please keep all shoes either by the front or garage doors or in the garage.
• Guests are responsible for any damage, fines, or violations caused by themselves or their visitors during their stay. Owner shall not be held liable including but not limited to: bodily injury, property damage caused in whole or in part by negligence of guest, accidents, injuries, illness, loss, theft or mysterious disappearance of personal belongings, damage to vehicles.
