For me, choosing this neighborhood wasnât just about location â it was about sharing a place that has meant something for a long time. Itâs a setting that feels calm, familiar, and worth experiencing, whether itâs your first visit or one of many.

Itâs a place that has been part of our family for years, and sharing it now is something that truly matters to us. It became the first of our Koala Keiki Homes â properties with personal history that weâre proud to share with guests.
The experience here is different from our Bluff property nearby. Instead of elevated views, youâre right at the waterâs edge, with direct access and a more connected lakefront feel.
This isnât just a place to stay â itâs a place with history, connection, and a setting that invites you to relax and enjoy the moment.
