Welcome to your dream waterfront retreat! Tucked away in a quiet Little Egg Harbor cul-de-sac, this spacious 4-bedroom home is designed for entertaining. Whether you're relaxing under the glow of our signature LED palm trees or cooling off in the pool, this is where your vacation memories begin.
The Space
Inside, you’ll find room for the whole crew. With 4 comfortable bedrooms, we can easily accommodate up to 10 guests, making this the perfect spot for multi-generational families or groups of friends. After a day on the water, unwind in the Jacuzzi tub in the main bath, the perfect way to soak away the salt and sand. You can also stock up and cook a great meal in our modern kitchen along with a dual refrigerator and a stand-up freezer.
Outdoor Living (The Main Event!)
Our backyard was built for the "vacation vibe." The expansive, modern Trex deck features:
Built-in Pool: Take a private dip without ever leaving the property.
16 x 20 Gazebo: A massive, shaded sanctuary perfect for outdoor dining or escaping the midday sun.
Below-Deck Lounge: Head downstairs to find a cozy firepit area, ideal for roasting s'mores under the stars.
Island Atmosphere: As the sun goes down, the yard transforms with three vibrant LED palm trees, creating a tropical resort feel right in New Jersey.
Grill Master’s Corner: Full use of the BBQ is included—perfect for a waterfront cookout.

Located right on the lagoon, you have direct water access for crabbing or enjoying the view. You are just minutes away from local bay beaches, the Tuckerton Seaport, and a short drive to the world-class beaches of Long Beach Island (LBI) or exciting Atlantic City.

Additional amenities :

1) Outdoor firepit use. Allows use of firepit with one starter log and 4 - 6 logs of wood.

2) 2 crab TRAPS. Great for crabbing of property dock. Bait not included.

3) Inflatable pool floats and noodles

My family and I couldn’t have loved this property more! The house is so cute and beachy. The outdoor area could not possibly have been more beautiful!!Everything we needed was clean and easily accessible.. any questions I did have were promptly answered by the homeowner. We were able to keep in contact, no matter what question we had, even regarding local eateries. Definitely looking forward to staying again!

We had a great long weekend! The house and the pool were clean and the beds were comfortable! There were only 4 of us but there is plenty of room for a big family with 4 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The back yard has a big deck with plenty of seating around the table or the pool. There is also a firepit on the lower deck to hang out by the lagoon. Our host was very responsive and even had a toaster delivered the day after we arrived because we wanted toast! Hope to be back next year!!

The place was very nice my only suggestion would be to have ur cleaner clean a little better, the coffee maker was a little gross not sure when it was ever cleaned, I had to clean when I first arrived bc it was not cleaned. The place has no toaster might want to get one of those and an ice machine. We had to go buy ice.Also I would recommend maybe moving the alarm detector upstairs by the bathroom… it went off every time some would shower bc of the steam overall it was a nice place I

Thank you Michelle for review and feedback. I will definitely add a toaster to the house. There is an ice machine in the pantry on bottom shelf. I will move it to where guest can see it better. I will inform the cleaning company about the coffee pot issue. Unfortunately the smoke/ carbon detection is newly installed and can not be moved or turn off. Being the 1st year I am doing short term rentals I had to pass a safety inspection by town and they specifically pointed out to have it there due to proximity the three bedrooms on the floor. Thank you for feedback and the review.
