The Space
This spacious 3-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and offers a unique two-level layout—perfect for families or groups traveling together.

Upstairs features a bright and welcoming main living space with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for cooking and gathering. The open layout makes it easy to relax after a day in the sun.

Downstairs offers a private 1-bedroom suite with its own mini kitchenette and separate entrance—ideal for added privacy, extended family, or guests who struggle with stairs.

The bottom room had a very bad smell to it and the air conditioner leaked all of the floor. Other than that for what little time we were there, it was great! We also had to cancel a few weeks prior due to unforeseen weather conditions preventing us from going on our fishing trip. The team kindly worked with us getting another weekend booked!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your stay didn’t meet your expectations. We wish these concerns had been brought to our attention during your stay, as we would have been happy to address them right away. After receiving your review, we spoke with our cleaner, who found the home clean with no odors or standing water after checkout. We did notice the mini-split had been set to 69°F. In our coastal climate, setting the unit that low can sometimes create condensation, particularly during periods of high humidity. We were also glad we were able to accommodate changes to your reservation to better fit your fishing trip schedule. Our goal is always to provide a great experience, and we appreciate all feedback that helps us continue improving.

We had a wonderful stay and really appreciated how close the house was to the pedestrian beach—it made it incredibly easy to enjoy the ocean throughout our trip. The host was very accommodating and responded to our messages right away, which made us feel well taken care of.The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated all of the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Amenities like the Pack ’n Play for families with young children, Keurig coffee makers both upstairs and downstairs, dish soap, comfortable outdoor seating, and even a wagon for transporting beach gear made our stay much more convenient and enjoyable.The home offers a true, authentic beach cottage experience. It took a little extra effort to keep the downstairs bedroom as cool and comfortable as we would have liked during especially humid weather. Other than that, we had a great visit and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a charming beach getaway in a convenient location.
