Beach Life is better at Social Solace. This beautiful BRAND-NEW 3 bed/2.5 bath beach duplex is the perfect spot for your next family vacation! Steps from the beach, dog friendly and centrally located in your new favorite beach town, Carolina Beach. Once you arrive, you will see there is plenty of parking for multiple cars. As you enter the front door, you will be greeted with an open floor plan with the living room, dining and kitchen flanked with 2 quaint porches to enjoy the salt air.



The Space:

Main living area has a Smart Streaming Tv, plenty of comfy seating and a ½ bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances plus you will have everything you need with dishes, pots/pans, coffee maker, etc. Enjoy meals together with seating for six at the dining table and additional seats at the kitchen island.  

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry. The primary suite with its large closet and king size bed boasts an ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks, plenty of storage and custom shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a large double sink bathroom with the third bedroom. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed as well. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.



Other Things to Note:

We also supply the following for each property:

A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay



Interaction with Guests:

Please be sure to pick up after your dog. There is a 2 dog limit and a one time $100 pet fee per stay.
