Lake-It-Easy Floating House on Lake Cumberland

Summary:

Welcome to Lake It Easy, a spacious floating lake house on Lake Cumberland designed for groups and families. Comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests, this large unit offers plenty of room to relax, gather, and enjoy lake life without feeling cramped. Located near restaurants, marinas, and a public boat ramp, it’s perfect for boating trips, family vacations, or group getaways. Quiet, convenient, and well-equipped for memorable stays. No pets allowed.



The Space:

You will receive a code to a lockbox that is on the property. The address will take you to a huge parking lot followed by a gate with on site security after hours to ensure safety and security of our Floathouzz Community. There is a communal bath house if needed along with extra bathrooms and plenty of parking along with boat trailer parking. You can even launch your boat at the dock and park in front of your Floathouzz!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the Floathouzz, the boat ramp, boat parking in front of Floathouzz along with bathhouse which contains extra bathrooms.



The Neighborhood:

This is a private on water Floating House community located near Lake Cumberland Marina off Alligator 1 Boat Ramp in Russell Springs KY. This is the first of it's kind and one of the only on water stays on Lake Cumberland with the most unique lake stay opportunity.



Getting Around:

You can go on the lake to get some food or drinks at the few local restaurants or you're about a 15-20 minute drive to plenty of stores/restaurants.



Other Things to Note:

No Pets or Smoking Allowed!



Interaction with Guests:

We have some on site staff in the event you need anything. Security is around at night and can assist with golf cart rides if needed.
