Beautiful secluded lake house less than one mile from Fishing Creek dock, 8 miles from Burnside Marina, and 5 miles from downtown Somerset. 5 bd/3 bath w 11 beds (2 king, 1 queen, 2 full and 6 twins), sleeps 16 (with 2 children on fulls bunks or 14 adults comfortably). Incredible lake view on both sides of house with front and back deck. Quiet, peaceful location with all of the amenities (hot tub, sauna, game room (game console, ping pong, basketball, foosball), fitness room, Wifi, Wii U, PS4 with 75” TV in basement, horse shoes, croquet, cornhole etc.

LAKEVIEWS RETREAT AT CUMBERLAND is a very unique and secluded property that instantly allows you to relax as you enjoy the panoramic views of Lake Cumberland on both sides of the property. You will be able to see the sun rise over the lake in the morning and watch the birds soar above the cabin as you are relaxing on the patio watching the sunset over the lake each night.

There is plenty of parking for 6 cars and a boat. Grass surrounds the property with 2 separate areas for campfires to relax and enjoy s'mores. It is the only house at the end of a cul-de-sac so you don’t have to worry about being distracted by others. It is the perfect place to gather with friends and family while enjoying the gorgeous scenery.

This luxurious lake house has over 5,000 sq. ft with decks on both sides of the house with chairs and patio furniture. Once you enter the house, you enter into the sun room which invites you to take off your shoes and relax.

Due to severe allergies we do not allow pets in the cabin.

Kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with spices, sugar, flour, oil, pots/pans/cookie sheets and cooking utensils etc. There is a coffee maker (Keurig Duo) with a variety of K-cups, cream, sugar and flavoring syrups. The dining room has a large table that can seat up to 10 people.

Living Room is equipped with a 65” smart TV, Wii U with games (Super Smash Bros, Mario 3D world, Mario maker, & Lego game), with a comfortable couch and recliner to kick back relax. Included is high speed internet at 500 Mbps.

Master Bedroom: King bed and a 65” smart TV (all TVs have cabin Netflix account access), ceiling fan, large dresser, door access to front deck and attached full bathroom. Has iron and ironing board in the closet with extra towels, hangers, and an extra pillow. Bathroom stocked with lush towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and a make up towel.

2nd Bathroom: Lush towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and a makeup towel. Has a bathtub/shower unit.

2nd Bedroom: King size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser, closet, hangers and extra pillow.

3rd Bedroom: 2 separate twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), dresser, closet, extra pillow, access to the back patio, and 4 large windows that overlook the lake with black out blinds. Access to this room is through two other bedrooms or from an outside door.

4th Bedroom: Queen bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser, closet, hangers and extra pillow.

5th Bedroom (downstairs): 2 Bunk beds with a full bed on bottom and twin on top (can sleep up to 6 in this room: 4 adults comfortably or up to 6 people with 2 children on the bottom full bunks), dresser, closet, hangers, and extra pillow.

3rd Bathroom (downstairs): Lush towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and a makeup towel. Has a standing shower.

Family Room (downstairs): 75” smart TV with a sound bar, PS4 with 5 games (Spider-Man, Madden NFL, Street Fighter to name a few), large comfortable couch with extra blankets and pillows to allow to feel comfortable while you're playing games or watching a movie.

Laundry Room (downstairs): 2 sets of front loading washer and dryer with drying rack, laundry detergent, bleach and dryer sheets.

Fitness Room (downstairs): Weights, floor mat, exercise ball, abdominal roller treadmill and bench.

Game Room (downstairs): Arcade game console, double shot basketball, ping pong table, electronic dart board, foosball table and 2 person sauna with extra towels, darts, ping pong balls and paddles.

6 Person Hot Tub is located under the backyard deck with ambience bulb lights above the hot tub and surrounding porch for the perfect atmosphere to relax after a full day at the lake.

Deck (front of house and back of house): Large picnic table (seats 10) on the front deck to enjoy your breakfast as a family while watching the sun rise over the lake or to play card games in the evening. Enjoy your favorite book on the patio furniture of the back deck while you enjoy the sunset over the lake.
