Perched above the main living room, this unique third-level space functions as both a charming bedroom and a private office. It is furnished with a comfortable Queen Bed and offers inspiring vistas.

Downstairs Bedrooms (Accessed via spiral staircase or lower-level entrance):

The lower level offers flexible living and sleeping arrangements, all with beautiful views and several doors to the outside spaces.

Bedroom #3 is bright and spacious, offering a King Bed and a closet with two sliding glass mirror closet doors.

Bedroom #4 serves as a cozy retreat with a Queen Bed, a walk-in closet, and a dedicated desk. It also features private exterior access to the fenced garden.

Bedroom #5 Currently curated as a high-end fitness space with mountain views, this room can be converted into a 5th sleeping area upon request with a provided air mattress. The room is bathed in natural light from a large windows with mountain views. A private door to the garden allows for fresh outdoor airflow during your routine. Ample storage is provided by a wall-length double door sliding glass closet.
