The apartment includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with seating for 6, and 2 bathrooms with shower and WC. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed, Bedroom 2 has a double bed, and the living room converts into a sleeping space with a sofa bed for 2. The apartment is ideal for 4 guests and can accommodate up to 6.

The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It has high-speed WiFi, a TV, a safe, 5-star bedding, bed and bath linen, towels, hair dryer, and an iron. Toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. The kitchen comes with a Nespresso machine, water boiler, toaster, fridge and freezer, induction cooking plates, a combined microwave oven, a dishwasher, and all necessary pans and cookware. A washer dryer is also available. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request.

Access details will be sent the day before your arrival. Keys are located inside a lockbox in the building mailbox. The apartment is on the first floor, accessible via the stairs — continue past the half-landing until you reach the blue door on the first floor. As the team is not on-site, please factor in response time for last-minute bookings.

The nearest metro stations are Bonne Nouvelle at 2 minutes walk on Lines 8 and 9, Réaumur-Sébastopol at 5 minutes on Lines 3 and 4, Arts et Métiers at 7 minutes on Lines 3 and 11, Madeleine at 10 minutes on Lines 8, 12 and 14, and Auber at 15 minutes on RER A. Charles de Gaulle airport is approximately 1 hour away by RER B or taxi, and Orly airport is around 45 minutes by Line 14 or taxi.
Guests are expected to return the apartment in the same condition as found. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and building. No parties, gatherings, or music are permitted, with quiet hours observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Only registered guests who have provided valid ID are permitted access. The apartment is for residential use only and may not be used for events or professional shoots. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply in the event of non-compliance with these rules.
