The bathroom features a shower and bidet, along with a handy hair dryer for convenience. Stay comfortable with air conditioning set at a comfortable temperature (we can control remotely, even if we are not home - we live upstairs). Iron available. We hope you enjoy what our place and Lawrenceville has to offer. No stairs to enter, which means from parking to the entrance convenient for those with mobility assistance needs. Also, 7 minutes from Georgia Gwinnett College or Gwinnett Technical College also. 7 minutes away from downtown Lawrenceville, 45 mins away from the airport and 5 minutes away from Northside Gwinnett Hospital. Safe neighborhood! Quiet Neighborhood. Shower big enough with seat for those needing assistance. Also, heads up , the World Cup is coming to Atlanta June 11- July 19, 2026. This is 40 mins away which means away from all the traffic, crowds and we have no crime in Gwinnett county. Book ASAP! Places will get booked up and options will be few.
