Our spacious home offers a comfortable and welcoming space where families and friends can relax after a day of exploring the desert or enjoying the music and festivities. Gather around for meals, unwind in the living room, or enjoy a fun game night together.

The space
Our spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families, friends, visiting the desert.

The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, designed for both comfort and convenience.

Sleeping arrangements include:
• 1 King bed
• 2 Queen beds
• 1 Full bed

The home also includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, cooking essentials, and dining ware. We also provide plastic cups, plates, and forks for added convenience during your stay.

Enjoy meals together in the dining area, or relax in the comfortable living room after a day of exploring.

For your convenience, the home also offers:
• Washer and dryer
• Fresh towels
• Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
• Hair blow dryer
• Household toiletries such as toilet paper and paper towels
• Cleaning supplies
• Family board games for entertainment


There’s plenty of street parking available, along with two parking spots in the property’s driveway.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry area with washer and dryer.

The home is designed to make your stay comfortable and convenient. You’ll also have access to amenities.

Guests will receive check-in instructions prior to arrival to ensure a smooth and easy self check-in experience.

House Rules:

To keep the home comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, please review the following rules:

• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.
• During high-demand events like Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and Stagecoach we allow up to 2 additional registered guests, for a maximum of 10 guests total. Additional people should plan to bring air mattresses, blankets, and pillows.

• More than 10 guests will result in an additional fee and must be approved by the host in advance.

• No parties.
• No smoking inside the home.
• Please be considerate of neighbors.
• Please treat the home with care and leave it in good condition.

Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees.


Festival Weekend Cancellation Policy

Due to the extremely high demand during Coachella festival weekends, the following cancellation policy applies to all festival bookings.

Guests may cancel their reservation for a 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in.

Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Reservations canceled within 5 days of check-in will not receive any refund under any circumstances.

We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance in case of unexpected changes to their travel plans.
