The Space:

The home features bright open living spaces with large windows that bring in natural light and showcase the beauty of Cabo’s desert and ocean surroundings. The comfortable living room offers plenty of seating to relax after a day at the beach, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook meals at home. A spacious dining area allows everyone to gather together for meals, games, or evening drinks.



The home comfortably accommodates guests with thoughtfully designed bedrooms that provide both privacy and comfort:

• Primary Suite: A spacious master bedroom featuring a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.

• Second Bedroom: Comfortable queen bed with soft linens and ample closet space and ensuite bathroom

• Third Bedroom: Additional two double beds that can sleep 4

• Fourth Bedroom/Office: An office space converted to a bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed

Guests have full access to the house, as well as a private beach.



The Neighborhood:

Built on a hill, the community of Rancho Cerro Colorado offers 360 degree views - and they are breathtaking. This is a safe, gated community comprised of million dollar beach homes. The private beach is only a 2 minute walk from our House. While the white sand beach (with safe swimming) is tranquil and relaxing, this home is a quick hop from the vibrant towns of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, as well right next to the Palmilla Resort. There are many dining, shopping, art, culture and adventure opportunities just out your backdoor.



Getting Around:

Driving: We recommend renting a car if you plan to explore beyond town (like Cabo San Lucas, the marina, or scenic beaches along the corridor). On-site parking is included.



Taxis & Ride Shares: Local taxis are readily available, and we can help arrange reliable transportation. Uber is available in the area but may be limited at times.



Airport Access: The villa is approximately 15 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). Airport transfers can be arranged through our concierge service. Whether you're strolling into town for tacos or heading out for an adventure, getting around is easy and convenient.



Other Things to Note:

Quiet Hours: We kindly ask that all guests respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to maintain the peace and harmony of the community.



Optional Add-On Services: We offer a wide range of concierge services—including chef-prepared meals, private drivers, spa treatments, and more. Let us know your preferences in advance so we can tailor your experience.



No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Designated outdoor areas are available.



Transportation Recommended: While the home is just minutes from beaches and downtown San José, we recommend having a rental car or arranging transportation for convenience.



To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. A security deposit is required of $500 before check in. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
