Great property, really nicely kept. Very reasonable walk down a dirt road to the beach. The host was super responsive! Even when the hottub wouldn’t turn on at first, they were on it and made sure it was up and running quickly. Great experience. Used them for ride pickups and a taco night in, all went very smoothly, it was a great vacation.

The host was very easy to communicate with. Any time I had a question she was quick to respond. The house is very spacious. Great for a big group or family. I really liked that the space with the game room and kitchen were separate from the bedrooms.

Constanza was very responsive throughout our stay at Villa Vida! We had a few questions throughout the week and she was attentive to these. We enjoyed the views from the villa and especially enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor spaces many places to relax, read a book, and also great spots that offered shade.

Wonderful Stay for a Big Group

This property was absolutely stunning and perfect for our group of 20 for a combined bachelor/bachelorette weekend. The host was thoughtful and responsive, and was able to connect us to services that made our stay extra special like fridge stocking and catered meals. The views were great, the spaces were clean, and we had an amazing time.

Boys golf trip

Had a great time with 12 guys for a golf trip. plenty of room and great view. Walking distance to burger and breakfast restaurant. Pool was great after golf and we did a private chef taco night which was recommended by the host and everyone loved it!

Amazing home for a group trip!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights with a group of friends. Constanza was amazing, she helped us coordinate activities, book a chef, and was incredibly helpful and responsive in general. The house is super nice—clean, with great spaces to hang out and relax as a group. It was a short walk down to the beautiful Costa Azul beach, which was fantastic. Loved the stay and would highly recommend!

Great for a large group!

We had 15 of us stay for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect location and set up for a big group. The property is stunning and the outdoor space is truly the best part. Only about 20 minutes from the airport and 30 from Cabo - we were able to do everything we wanted in a 4-day span. The host is wonderful and was super communicative when we needed anything. Highly recommend working with Chef Silva - his team was amazing! I would absolutely stay again!!

Amazing Stay

I wish I could rate this villa six stars! We had a group of 18 women for a bachelorette party and were blown away by how beautiful and clean the villa was. It felt very spacious and all of the furniture was beautiful uncomfortable. It did not feel like a rental property, more like someone’s home! The beach is walkable from the villa which we were happy about!! Constanza, the host was delightful to work with. She was responsive, kind, and extremely helpful in our planning process. The transportation services were always timely and amazing. We also use the grocery services which were so convenient too.. all 18 of us would like to go back and stay at Villa Vida!

Great experience staying here! Went with a large group of girls for a bachelorette party and we had a great experience with our stay. The photos do not do the property justice, beautiful inside and large enough common spaces to spend time together. The host was easy to communicate with and tentative. There were days when it took a while for the hot water to work, sink became clogged, light bulbs were out but when we spoke to the host these things were quickly fixed. The location is 20 minutes from the airport and 40 minutes from "downtown"/"club" area which worked well for us. We also felt safe in the house and neighborhood we were in. Overall great stay for a large group weekend trip!

AMAZING HOME FOR VACAY

This home was even more then we expected. A main home with magnificent furnishings and 2 separate casistas. Lounge area outside was huge with pool, hot tub, hammocks, comfy furniture. It was a wonderful vacation for my family of 9. (Three separate families). The host, Constanza, was totally available throughout our stay. I had so many questions before the stay and interactions during the stay that I felt like she became a friend! Her referrals for a chef and tours were a wonderful bonus. We had dinner totally prepared and served on the night of our arrival. A perfect start to a perfect stay. The pre-shopping that she arranged set us up for our entire stay. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Constanza!

Gorgeous property

I came with my whole family, 3 children with their spouses, and my five grandchildren ages 15 to 21 to celebrate my 80th burthday. The accommodations were just perfect for us! All the couples had the main house bedrooms while I shared the very comfortable downstairs suite in the casita with my two oldest granddaughters. They had the room with the double beds and I had my own bedroom and bath right by them. My three teenage grandson had a. Last with their own giant bedroom in the top floor of the casita with three large beds. What we loved most of all was the spacious and comfortable living area where we could all gather without feeling the least but crowded. Everyone enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and the lunge chairs as well as the other fun things like playing pool and backyard games. On New Year’s Eve we were treated to a spectacular fireworks show we could clearly see from the backyard! Loved the place and Constanza was great at communicating and answering all our questions. This will be a birthday trip I will never forget!

Excelente propiedad con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia placentera de grupos o familias grandes, grandes espacios abiertos donde convivir juntos, pero también donde tener tu privacidad, tres cuartos en el área principal de la casa con una fuente central, una gran sala comedor con la cocina, sala exterior tipo lounge, área de alberca y jacuzzi con sus camastros y excelente vista al mar y montañas. Una casa separada con dos niveles y 6 camas mas. Un jardín con mucha vegetación, e incluso mangos y limones en los arboles. Jugos de mesa para convivir en familia, internet de gran velocidad, aire acondicionados. No se van a arrepentir de pasar unos días en esta gran propiedad. Constanza esta al pendiente de todo y de las inquietudes y preguntas que uno tenga. Gracias por todo

Amazing Vacation Rental

This house was beautiful and was perfect for my large group of 15 people. Constanza was so helpful from start to finish and was always available to answer any questions I had. I will definitely be staying there again in the future and cannot recommend this property and host enough!
