The Neighborhood is Rural meaning it`s best to have a car

The neighborhood is Rural. That means it`s best to have a car. There are many things to do in the surrounding area but you will need to look for them. You can walk to the Ski lifts, Water-park and restaurants at the Red Tail Lodge next door when they are open for the seasons. Off season I recommend a car

*Absolutely NO PETS allowed on the property. True ADA certified Service animals are welcome. Be aware you will get checked and spoken to constantly if you bring a pet
