The unit is connected to a central HVAC system. During the winter season, the building operates in heating-only mode.
As a result, the thermostat will only show âHeatâ and âFanâ options. The âCoolâ mode is not available during this time. This is normal and not a malfunction, as cooling cannot be controlled individually while the system is in winter mode.

1. Check-In/Check-Out

2.Luggage Drop-Off:
Luggage drop-off is permitted only before the check-in time and not after the check-out time.
3. No Smoking Indoors đ
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500.
4. Pet Policy đŸ
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance.
5. Quiet Hours đ€«
Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Letâs respect our neighbors.
6. No Parties or Events đâ
Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
7. Security & Valuables đ
Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
8. Use of Appliances & Amenities âïž
Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and weâll take care of them!
9. Climate Control đĄïž
Use heating and air conditioning responsibly to avoid excessive energy use.
10. Cleanliness đ§č
Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees.
11. Respect for Property đĄ
Treat the home with care. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.

14. Smoke Alarms & Fire Safety đš
Smoke alarms are essential safety devices and must not be disabled, covered, removed, or tampered with for any reason. This includes removing batteries, covering alarms to prevent activation, or interfering with them in any way.
Any tampering, misuse causing a false alarm, or intentional disabling of a smoke alarm will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs incurred (including building fines, fire department charges, or maintenance repairs). Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.
