The main level features heated floors, a comfortable living area, full bathroom, and queen sleeper sofa. A fully equipped kitchen includes double ovens, a gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator.



Upstairs, the loft-style bedroom overlooks the lake and includes a private bathroom with a jetted soaking tub, double vanities, separate shower, and walk-in closet.



Spend the day on the lakefront deck, explore the nearby Port of Rochester Marina, or visit local beaches, restaurants, shops, fishing areas, the pier, and historic carousel. Clear evenings offer excellent stargazing, with occasional opportunities to see the northern lights.

Pet policy:



One small dog is permitted. The dog must remain leashed whenever outside, and all waste must be collected and properly disposed of immediately. Failure to clean up may result in an additional $100 fee.
