Each of the 5 bedrooms in this home have been masterfully designed for beauty & comfort. The master bedroom has one king bed & an attached ensuite bathroom. The next three bedrooms have one queen bed in each. The fifth bedroom is a total kids' dream! Two trundle beds + a fun TV nook, also with an attached ensuite bathroom.

There are three full bathrooms in this house. Downstairs, there are two bathrooms. One located off the main living space has a sink, toilet, walk-in shower, & soaking tub. The second bathroom on this floor is attached to the bunk bedroom, & also has direct access to the back deck. This bathroom has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (which is also accessible from the main living room. This bathroom has two sinks, a toilet, and a large walk-in shower with two shower heads.

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.
