Inside, you’ll find an open living area perfect for gathering, a fully furnished kitchen, a dining table that seats 12, and counter bar seating for 5. Enjoy 2 full baths with endless hot water thanks to our commercial-grade instant heater, plus cozy sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love our 2 large boat slips, fish cleaning station with sink and running water, and 400 lb ice machine to keep your catch fresh. When it’s time to relax, enjoy the open outdoor patio with a grill, downstairs entertaining area with seating, outdoor bathroom, and a spacious driveway for boats and vehicles.

Entertainment is easy with a ping pong table, corn hole, and flat-screen TVs with streaming in every bedroom, the living room, and on the patio. The utility room includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.
