Apportez la famille pour profiter d'une excellente pêche et de magnifiques couchers de soleil dans cette deux chambres, 1. 5 cabines de bain à Big Lake. Ce camp possède l'un des meilleurs quais du Big Lake, avec un évier pour nettoyer votre poisson, la capacité de lier votre bateau, deux lumières de pêche à haute tension et un incroyable pont supérieur où vous pourrez profiter de belles vues. "Cissie by the Sea" peut accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes et offre un excellent espace pour se divertir. Le porche en porche offre des sièges supplémentaires et une table à manger. À seulement 20 minutes de Lake Charles, vous sentirez que vous avez échappé à un autre monde non loin du sentier naturel créole.

Il y a deux lits gigognes dans une chambre (4 personnes) et des lits jumeaux dans la 2ème chambre. Le canapé-lit peut accueillir deux personnes.

Weekend Stay

The house and property are well kept and clean. It has a nice pier that extends out into Calcasieu Lake. The pier has electricity, running water, and lights that can be turned on to fish at night. Both the kids and adults enjoyed a relaxing weekend on Calcasieu Lake and near by areas.

Stay Cissie by the Sea

We enjoyed our stay at the Cissie by the sea this past weekend 5/16-5/18. Everything stated in the listing is correct. the property was perfect for what we needed and wanted. Our only downfall was, there was no bait shop close by (Not Sara's fault). Make sure you get your live shrimp prior to arriving. The fishing was on fire even with Frozen shrimp and artificial. We will be back for future stays.

Great vacation rental

We had a great time and the rental is exactly as described. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and bake and the dock is lit at night so makes for fun night fishing.

Big Lake stay at Cissie

Nice camp right on the water. Beautiful dock and sun/sunset deck, screened porch, well-equipped kitchen and living area. Booked a fishing trip out of Heberts Landing, a short walk away, so convenient.

Great Place to Stay

Very spacious and clean property. My buddies and I go on a fishing trip every summer, and although this year was a mostly a bust because of no tidal movement in Big Lake, we still had a very relaxing and comfortable trip. Amenities were all there, including large back deck and very nice pier.

Heaven on Earth

This place is an diamond. We loved everything about it. I highly recommend morning coffee on the deck. Fishing was awesome, we even caught sting rays. We will definitely be back. .

Perfect location, nicely decorated and well appointed cottage was exactly what we were looking for. Communication with the owner was awesome and we were well taken care of. Will definitely be returning soon!

Sisters Trip

We loved staying at this quaint, waterfront cottage. The single beds were nice as we didn’t have to share beds. There were plenty of linens, blankets, towels, and toiletries. We enjoyed the large kitchen and appreciated having all the cookware and dishes available. And sunsets were the absolute best on the screened in porch

Great Weekend Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here..This place has all the necessities for you trip. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, and everything you could ask for! Much needed long weekend!

Needing a weekend away, our family rented this camp and was more than pleased! The renting and check-in process was easy, and the camp was immaculate. We thoroughly enjoyed the open kitchen and living room layout and the back screened in porch is great! The weather was beautiful, and the sunsets did not disappoint! We did get lucky fishing and crabbing off the wharf, loved the time spent outside. Our family will definitely rent again.

Great place for family reunions!

Our second year renting 'Cissies by the Sea.' Loved the opportunity being with family and enjoy fishing even if Mother Nature wouldn't cooperate as much as we wanted. Just disappointed we couldn't use the boat slip as we did the year before since the neighbor's boat had occupied the slip. All in all we LOVE 'Cissie by the Sea' and look forward to making memories next year!

Great views of the Lake!

The house was great! We totally enjoyed the lake views from the house with all those windows in the back and the screened porch. The dock was awesome to fish from with the big lights at night and the 2nd floor deck was fun to just chill on and watch the sunset. We had some rain that came in and stayed with us too but the house was setup perfect to enjoy family time and just relax while it poured rain outside. Lots of board games in the closet! The kitchen was great and stocked up with everything you need to cook. The owner is awesome and we had great communication with her. We will definitely be back someday. Loved it!

Our family has been in Lake Charles for five generations. Big Lake is our favorite place in the world! Our camp was hit by hurrianes Laura and Delta in 2020 and our mom, Cissie, passed away two months later. It's taken us 2.5 years to complete the remodel, but it was well worth the wait! Our new house is just amazing. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. The property is owned by three sisters and our families.
