* The front yard features a brand new outdoor play structure, perfect for families with young children. Please note that use of the play structure is at guests` own risk, and a liability waiver will be required prior to use.
* A blow-up bouncy house is available for kids to enjoy in the front yard (waiver required for use).

Guests will have access to the main house, the detached guest house, and all outdoor spaces. The two-car garage will be reserved for homeowner use.

However, if you`re inclined to arrive and seamlessly unwind at the house during your vacation, rest assured that Uber and Lyft services are readily available for convenient and hassle-free local transportation in Los Angeles.

24 Hour Communication: Our team is available 24/7 while you`re staying with us. If anything comes up during your stay, day or night, you`ll always be able to reach a real person via text, app or phone call.

By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team is the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!

PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For month+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

-For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

-All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

- Failure to return the city parking pass will result in a minimum fine of $1,000. This pass is irreplaceable. Its loss will permanently revoke the ability for future tenants to park at this property.
