This quiet villa includes parking & sits just steps from the sand and pools. Your villa has a shared pool, hot tub (jacuzzi) and outdoor shower (just 1 minute walk from the villa). And you will have access to two beaches (the hotel beach) and the beach nearby on the side.

The space
Perfect for romantic getaways or family escapes. Just 35 minutes from San Juan, but it feels like a whole other world. Come relax, reconnect, and let the ocean be your backyard.

You can get the resort day pass from Resort app for $75 per day to access the resort pool and gym.

You can access to the world-class amenities of the Wyndham Hotel including restaurants, bars, entertainment, shows, casinos, spa and Margarita Ville, all within the gated 500-acre resort.

Located in the Cluster 2, Rio Mar Community, you’ll have access to the lap pool, jacuzzi, kiddie pool, and lounge chairs.

Please note: For access the resort pool and gym, you can purchase $75 daily pass from Resort Pass app. The apartment doesn't come with a golf cart. You can rent out the golf cart by contacting Wyndham resort facility

Guest access
Entire villa is yours. You can walk to the beach, hot tub, and pool. You can purchase a resort day pass so you can access to the hotel pool but the beach at the hotel area is free for access.

Other things to note
****IMPORTANT THINGS TO UNDERSTAND***:
* Puerto Rico is subject to power/water outages.
* When power goes out, the unit is without power. Generators are for common areas so the elevators and lights work in common areas.
* Occasional exterior maintenance may occur between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

- We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance when traveling to Puerto Rico.
-In Puerto Rico, there are frequent, unpredictable power and water outages that might affect your stay. These outages can impact all utilities in the unit, such as internet, refrigeration, hot water, and common facilities. Wyndham Cluster 2 Community has a water cistern that lasts for approximately 24 hours. No refunds will be granted for power, water, internet outages, or loss of food.

-An initial stock of toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap is provided for your arrival. If these run out, guests must buy their own. There is a convenience store on the ground floor and a supermarket two blocks away.
