The property was amazing! The kitchen is well stocked. The owner is very responsive and we had an amazing time. We have stayed in Kiawah for the last 6 years and this house is amazing and would stay here again.

This house is absolutely beautiful! Perfect location and had everything we needed. Great communication with the host and easy check in instructions. This is one of our favorite VRBO’s yet! We would definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again!

This was just the best place to stay! Everything was so thoughtfully curated, beautiful, and clean. We stayed for a girls trip and loved everything about this place. John, the owner, was so quick to respond and helpful. It was stocked with everything we could’ve needed and so close to the beach. Seriously, I can’t say enough great things. I will certainly be back!!

We loved our stay! The home is beautifully decorated and is perfectly located with close proximity to the beach / pool and everything else you would want to do in Kiawah. Host (John) was very responsive when we reached out with questions. Everything is labeled and very organized. Very clean and easy to quickly get settled in. We enjoyed our summer vacation and would highly recommend to anyone considering staying in Kiawah!

Amazing Kiawah spot. Excellent condition - feels brand new inside, probably the most organized & equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen. Great location just past The Sanctuary. We didn’t get to the community pool but it’s an easy stroll to the beach. Watch the wildlife from the huge front porch (we saw alligators, osprey, herons, and cranes) and enjoy the laid back Kiawah atmosphere. Communication was great. We’re already planning to return

The home is beautiful, well-appointed and thoughtfully laid out and stocked, The kitchen is IMPRESSIVE. I love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We loved the close proximity to the beach as we carried all the prerequisite beach paraphernalia. From the porch we observed much lagoon nature and wildlife. Lastly, the home is conveniently located near the Sanctuary and island entrance. We will definitely return!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home and would not hesitate to book again! As a family of four, we found the space to be perfect — well-laid-out, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with clean, modern amenities throughout.The kitchen and bathrooms were stunning, and it was clear everything had been well-maintained. The location could not be better — a quick walk to the beach and a community pool right across the street.The host responded quickly whenever we had a question. You could tell they genuinely cared about making our stay special.

This was a great house and location for our family of 5. Steps to the pool and short walk to the beach and short rides to any other amenities needed. The house exceeded our expectations as it was very clean, ample size and beds, and very well appointed. Anything we may have needed was available for our stay. And the front porch!! Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house in Kiawah. The home was well-equipped and clean. Managment was very easy to communicate with. The beach is only a couple of minute walk and the pool is across the street. We look forward to returning again next year!

This house was absolutely perfect for our Kiawah stay! It’s charming, beautifully furnished, and one of the best-appointed rentals we’ve stayed in. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered, and it had everything we needed to feel right at home.The location couldn’t have been better—an easy walk to the beach and incredibly convenient to The Sanctuary. We especially appreciated being able to pop over to The Sanctuary while still enjoying the privacy and comfort of the house.We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. If we’re lucky enough to return to Kiawah, this property will be at the top of our list. Highly recommend!
