You’ll have full private access to the entire guest house and your own parking spot right near the door. Keyless entry with a smart lock and easy self check-in via keypad code — no need to meet anyone in person.
The backyard is shared with the main house, which is occupied by wonderful, respectful people. They have one friendly dog that may occasionally bark when it sees new guests arriving. There is no need to interact with them unless you want to.

- No parties or events
- No pets allowed
- No smoking or vaping (inside or outside the unit)
- Three exterior security cameras are in use for safety and property protection: one overlooking the backyard, one at the back gate, and one covering the parking driveway and entrance area.
