Luxury WaterFront Home located on the inter-coastal waterway, minutes from the main public Deerfield beach, restaurants, activities, and shopping. 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 Baths, Sleeps up to 10 guests. Perfect for family vacations and the boater that wants to tie up on our private dock!

House is on the King Fisher Canal in a residential neighborhood.

Guests can park up to 4 cars in the driveway.

It is minutes to the main beach front in Deerfield, 30 minutes to Ft Lauderdale Convention Center, Ft Lauderdale Downtown and close to every amenity you can imagine from Shopping Malls, Airports, Hospitals, All major retail stores, Boca Raton Town Center Mall, Boca Raton Mizner Mall, Sawgrass Mills Mall, Watersports, Fitness Centers, Golf courses, Spas, Fishing, Kayaking, Parasailing, Snorkeling, Diving, Bahia Mar, Restaurants - you name it! Deerfield Beach vacation

We enjoyed our time in Deerfield Beach. We spent most of our time outside on the patio and in the pool. The house was very spacious and well appointed. We have already booked for next year and can’t wait to go back.

Sisters Birthday Trip

This is a beautiful home in a nice, quiet area. It had lots of room for all of us and the kitchen was huge and well-appointed. We made lots of meals there and ate outside on the shaded porch next to the pool. The home is close to beaches and stores. We had a wonderful time and would come again :)

Another day in Paradise

We enjoyed every aspect of the house from the spacious kitchen to the comfortable beds and the fabulous backyard. The owner/host was more than responsive when I reached out to him. The quaint Neighborhood was great for walking during the morning hours. A variety of shopping was all within minutes of the house. And we lucked out with perfect weather. I highly recommend this “paradise” for a perfect vacation home with family and/or friends. See you next year God willing!!!

Nice property but used

This property has everything and great location. The downside was that it was definitely dated and needed painting and upkeep. One side of the house had marginal warm water so we had to share the working hot showers. Only one half of the home has WiFi so that caused some issues too. Halfway through our stay the dishwasher broke and was unrepairable. After the repair man left we never heard from the owners and hand washed dishes for 4 days with a graduation party of 20. We enjoyed our stay yet we were disappointed in the owners lack of communication, assistance and no remuneration for having no dishwasher.

Problems

It started off with the code to get in the house not working and went on from there. We stayed for over a week and had a service guy there almost every day.It was mostly pool heat issues but also had no air conditioning for a day. the house had NO WIFI in the upstairs bedrooms.

Friends Getaway

We had 7 adults, ages 55 and over, and had plenty of room inside and outside around the pool. The location of the property is excellent, a mile or so to the beach, pier, grocery store and lots of delicious restaurants, bars and shops. The pool was sparkling clean the whole week we were there. We had trouble accessing the lock box at check in but Rick helped remedy that situation.

Great family holiday break

We rented this house with my family for the winter break. The house is very spacious and each bedroom is big. The bathrooms are definitely outdated. We had a few issues at first with the cleanliness but Rick, was very responsive and sent us the cleaner on the next day. We really enjoyed the backyard and the pool and fished on the pier. Overall we had a great time. We will definitely be back!

Lot of space

We had 6 men traveling together for work. The property was big enough for everyone and then some. The layout was great. The backyard/patio was everyone's favorite spot, probably because of the beautiful weather we had. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, which is something I really love in a property. It was also close to shopping and restaurants as well. I travel with my own printer for work because I have never rented a house that has ever had one. Until now that is. This house had a corner of the kitchen set up like a small business center in a hotel. What a great feature! If I had any drawbacks, it would be the wifi. Wifi is always hit or miss when traveling. Given the size of this house, it's easy to understand why wifi wasn't great all over. Understandable as it is, it is still frustrating when you can't get a connection. Aside from that, I don't think there were any other drawbacks. But everything else more than made up for spotty wifi. I would recommend this property to any large groups. I'm sure you will love it as much as we did.
