Clean room, good bed, good view, and good elevators at property. Our issue was the fire alarm. On day 3 early in the morning we were woken by the fire alarm, not going off, but more than the chirp (suggesting a new battery was needed) so I called RealJoy and told them to send someone. They did, same day. We thought the problem was solved until our last night. At about 11:30 (we were asleep) it started again so we called the 24 hour number, reached a non American answering service (it seemed) who didn’t give to craps about us or our problem. He insisted that we press the button on the alarm which I knew who set the entire unit alarm off, it did. Blaring veryyy loudly. The alarms are hard wired into the wall so no battery to remove/change. We get everything stopped and get back to sleep and about an hour later it started again. We called again and get another unhelpful agent. Each time we call we have to explain the entire situation and no one knows anything from previous calls. He offers to send someone sometime during the night but can’t say when but the alarm isn’t constant so I didn’t want them to knock on the door if we were asleep so we different through random beeping off and on all night long. My husband ended up sleeping in the living room floor. Terrible experience, terrible customer service. No one on night service gave a crap about our issue
